Color Change

• Imprint color changes during the production run will be charged $15 (C)

Combined Quantity Pricing

• Products can be combined to qualify for volume pricing
• Individual products must meet minimum requirements

Intermediate Quantity Pricing

• Orders between two catalog quantities will be billed at the lower quantity price

Blank Merchandise

• Use next-quantity pricing for pencils, markers and highlighters without imprint

Co-Op Pricing

• Proof of program required

Copy Changes

Copy changes during the production run will be charged $15 (C)

Drop Shipment / Split Destination

• $6 (C) per destination, after first drop
• 200 piece minimum per destination
  (one case for crayons)

• Exact quantity requests will be charged $30 (C)

Overruns & Underruns

• We reserve the right to ship and invoice 5% over and 2% under

PMS Color Match Imprints

• Imprints requiring PMS match will be charged $30 (C)
• Available on silkscreen orders only
• Co-Op orders – one time charge only

Proofs

• Pre-production and spec samples $40 (C) plus screens/dies (add 5 or more working days)
• Paper proofs $12 (C) (changes to proofs may incur additional charges)
• Changes to proofs or approval not received within 24 hours will delay order

Repeat Orders

• Repeat orders are not subject to set-up charges within 24 months of original order

Sharpening

• Round or Hex pencils $.02/ea (C)
• Jumbo & Super Jumbo pencils – minimum 10,000 pieces to sharpen
• Carpenter & recycled tire pencils cannot be factory sharpened
• Allow up to two working days for sharpening catalog quantity orders

Set-up Charges

Hex Pencils

• Foil stamping dies $45 (C)
• Factory typeset: Golf 20 characters, standard Hex 40 characters including spaces using 8pt Helvetica, ALL CAPS no charge.
• Multiple dies may be required for orders over 50,000 pieces

Round Pencils

• One color silkscreen $23 (C)
• Two color silkscreen $38 (C)
• Foil stamping dies $60 (C) (standard dies)
• Foil stamping dies $120 (C) (intricate designs)

Carpenter Pencils

• One color silkscreen $23 (C)
• Multi-color silkscreen $38 (C)
• Foil stamping dies $60 (C)
• Multiple dies may be required for orders over 50,000 pieces

Crayon Boxes

• One color $23 (C)
• Multi-color $38 (C)

Markers / Highlighters

• One color $23 (C)

Additional Running Charges

• Multi-color $0.05 (C) per piece
